Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or engraved products (these cannot be returned once ordered)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — posting times vary.
  • Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us via our contact form.

For sizing issues, please reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
