Free Shipping
We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States.
Orders are shipped from our Richmond, British Columbia studio through Chit Chats and its carrier partners, including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and other major delivery services.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship internationally.

Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking & Delivery

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sylvia Jewel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a delivery issue occurs, we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
